So I know that I've been lagging a bit on my duties on updating my blog, but now that Santino is on his way, I figured I'd get you up to date, and then everywhere we stop I'd give you a little update on our journey. This is also a good way for me to upload most of our great pics so that i don't lose them. I currently have three memory cards, with a total capacity of taking like over 2000 pictures...which could be too many, but we'll use them.

In any case, from my last post until now here's the update: School was fun. I took the religion class and the public administration class, and proceeded to take to Incomplete grades in those classes! That only means that I have to write two papers this summer the one month I'm home and before summer school starts. Good way to use your break..? yeah....

Well March and most of April were boring. Work, class, work, homework, sleep, go out, was pretty much the routine. And going out wasn't necessarily happening much. However, for my BDAY, which was the 26th of April, my best friend Ryan (as seen above) got tickets to the BNL Rome Tennis Open that is really close to us! Since his boyfriend (yes, boyfriend so don't get any thoughts about US!!! lol) couldn't go because he had to work, he ended up taking me to the Open. WOW is all I can say. We got to walk through the same entrance that the players did, and got to take shots of their goregous faces. Blake was mean and threw his hood over his face, so that was lame, but we ended up watching him warm up, and we chatted. He was surprised to hear English so we got really close to where he was and he said that it was nice to hear his mother language!

We also got to see some of the top players do their exhibition games like Feliciano Lopez, Fabio Fognini (who looked like a Benihana waiter because of his headband), Andy Murray, and of course FEDERER!!!! We couldn't believe it. Of course the whole exhibition was Insieme Per Federico, the new administration that Berlusconi is trying to initiate which all the players were wearing on their shirts, and of course Federer had to honor is contract with NIKE and wear the shoes, socks, shorts, shirt, and headbands all NIKE and not Federico. Oh well. It was a great birthday. I was hoping some mediocre player would ask for my hand in marriage, but what can you do. WIth Ryan on my team things didn't go so well! After that we ended up at a bar to wait for his boyfriend Hugo to get off work, and as you can see above, we did some damage. And that was the last of the pictures, and my night!
